We had the pleasure of leading a fascinating tasting of Champagne Millésimes for Vinoè in Florence, in the magnificent setting of the Stazione Leopolda. In an event characterised by a passionate audience and a context of innovation and ideas, we created an unforgettable experience, with virtual visits to the Vignerons and exclusive tastings. The event culminated with a magnificent Rosé de Saignée, served in black flûtes to focus attention on the aromas and taste notes, without being influenced by the colour of the wine.
