I am delighted to present you the magnificent Collection of Champagnes, carefully selected by myself and my team. In doing so, I share my deep passion for the Champagne world and the vast experience I have acquired in this field after many years of training and experience.

One of the remarkable features of my Collection is my commitment to favor Champagnes from a specific terroir and from independent Winegrowers. I firmly believe in supporting producers who work in a sustainable and environmentally friendly approach, allowing them to express the unique and exceptional character of their terroir through their wines.

The selection process of the Cuvées of the Collection is rigorous and attentive. Each Champagne must be in line with my philosophy, which is based on the principles of quality, authenticity and sustainability. Moreover, each Cuvée is assessed according to a number of criteria, such as the quality of the grapes, the winemaking techniques used and the influence of the terroir on the final taste of the wine.

I work closely with the Winemakers, personally visiting their cellars and vineyards to gain an in-depth understanding of their approach and dedication to excellence. This privileged relationship with the Winemakers allows me to interact with them, to carefully select the Cuvées that best represent their terroirs and are in harmony with my philosophy.

Each bottle you find in the Catalogue has been carefully selected to provide the best Champagne experience. I am committed to ensuring that each Champagne in the Collection gives you a unique tasting experience, rich in complexity and authenticity.
